What is deleted
- Landlords: your properties, units, tenants, leases, payments, bills, expenses and files are permanently deleted. Your tenants lose access to the records you shared with them in Saqf.
- Tenants: your profile, ID documents and notifications are permanently deleted. Your landlord keeps their own records of your lease and payments, no longer linked to your account.
Messages sent through “Tell Saqf” are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Crash reports hold no account details.
